Advance English skills.
Experience working with external clients and outsourcing. Directly interfacing with clients from US or Europe is a plus!
Team leadership. Experience working with a distributed or multidisciplinary team is a plus!
Experience with risk management, operations, P&L and forecasting.
Relevant experience in a software development or delivery organization working with agile teams.
BSc in Engineering or related discipline is a big plus!
Hands on software development experience is a plus!
Knowledge of agile scaled frameworks desired. Agile certifications are a plus!
