Right now, we are looking for a Delivery Director to join our team at Globant!

What will help you succeed:
- Being flexible & goal oriented.
- Being capable of taking a step back to look at a bigger picture.
- Advanced English skills.
- Experience working with external clients and outsourcing. Directly interfacing with clients from the US or Europe is a plus!
- Experience having frequent interaction with appropriate stakeholders and providing visibility and accurate information that impacts client’s business.
- Experience negotiating yearly business plans with customers.
- Team leadership. Experience working with a distributed or multidisciplinary team is a plus!
- Relevant experience in a software development or delivery organization working with agile teams.
- Knowledge of agile scaled frameworks. Agile certifications are a plus!
- Experience with risk management, operations, P&L and forecasting.
- Being able to detect opportunities to improve project performance.
- MBA degree or similar studies is a big plus!
