We seek a Client Partner, Sr. Manager who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.

Globant is hiring a Senior Client Partner to lead commercial growth and strategic client relationships for its Energy & Mining AI Studio. The leader will drive revenue, own C-suite relationships, and shape AI-led transformation across energy, mining, and utilities clients.

What will help you succeed:

  • Extensive experience in Energy / Mining / Utilities, in consulting, technology services, or digital/AI roles.
  • Proven track record selling and delivering complex technology, AI, or data solutions to large energy or industrial clients.
  • Demonstrated success managing multi-million-dollar account portfolios and leading executive-level conversations.
  • Strong network in the UK and/or key UK energy hubs, with exposure to upstream, midstream, downstream, or mining.
  • Experience with P&L management, practice building, or regional/vertical leadership.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-growing, evolving studio model.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
