Right now we're looking for a Senior Insight Manager to play a key role in our Insight Services team in London.

Sounds great, what will I be doing?
As our Senior Insight Manager you'll lead a team of analysts focused on uncovering data-driven narratives that shape how brands understand and engage their audiences.
You'll oversee large-scale reporting projects, transforming GWI's rich datasets into compelling insights, reports, and presentations that surface the unexpected and sharpen client strategy.
You'll also partner closely with Revenue teams, contributing to RFPs and proposals to support a strong pipeline of new opportunities.
A few things you'll be responsible for
- Lead and develop a team of analysts - overseeing deliverables for accuracy, quality, and efficiency while supporting their growth and development.
- Lead large-scale reporting projects for our biggest clients, surfacing trends and stories that align with their objectives.
- Own RFP and proposal responses to showcase GWI's insight capabilities and support pipeline growth - including running client presentations, meetings, and workshops.
It's also fun; shaking things up is what working for GWI is all about. You'll need to be flexible, comfortable with continuous change, and working in a high-tempo environment.
What do I need to bring with me?
- Proven experience managing projects and senior client relationships.
- A talent for data storytelling - translating numbers into narratives and surfacing insights that challenge assumptions or reveal something new.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a flair for writing clear, engaging content.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Slides; comfortable running client presentations, workshops, and meetings.
- Demonstrated line management experience, with a track record of developing analysts and managing team performance.
