About the role
Monday - Friday office based working (Stirling Head Office) - 8.00am - 5.00pm (1 hour lunch break).
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary contact for clients, fostering strong relationships while ensuring their goals are not only met but exceeded through tailored solutions.
- Sales and Account Growth: Drive sales growth by developing and presenting compelling proposals to both existing accounts and prospective clients, contributing significantly to meeting and surpassing sales targets.
- Strategic Account Planning: Utilise a deep understanding of client needs and market dynamics to strategically expand account reach and influence, ensuring alignment with company's growth objectives.
- Issue Resolution and Client Support: Proactively address client issues and concerns, offering timely and effective solutions to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Project Leadership and Implementation: Lead projects from inception through to successful completion, focusing on innovative and high-quality solutions to ensure outstanding results and client satisfaction.
- Guide, develop and motivate direct reports and wider team, to champion delivering exceptional work in a positive, constructive and enjoyable environment.
Qualifications
- A driven and bright person with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a professional services role.
- Experience in successfully running large scale projects through a full project life cycle, including experience with developing and post-launch strategy.
- Passionate about sales growth and expert knowledge of growing accounts.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to implement and adjust.
- Drive to build efficient pipelines, whilst ensuring dependencies are unblocked, to support and drive the implementation of exceptional quality.
