About the Role

Monday - Friday office based working (Stirling Head Office) - 8.00am - 5.00pm (1 hour lunch break).

  • Planning, scheduling and monitoring multi-lingual translation projects.
  • Sourcing and coordination of translators.
  • Processing, formatting and QC checking of files.
  • Communication with linguists.
  • Administrative tasks including creating quotes and managing inboxes.

Who are we looking for

  • A related degree or a minimum of 2 years project management/admin experience.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft packages.
  • Ability to multi-task with good organisational skills.
  • Ability to work on own and part of a team.
  • Additional languages would be beneficial.
