Overview
Our London office is now looking for Business Travel Consultants to work on new corporate accounts.
We are looking for Business Travel Consultants with at least 2 years of experience working on corporate accounts.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that all business travel bookings are dealt with accurately and efficiently.
- Book flights to worldwide destinations using Sabre.
- Book hotels and overland transport (rail, car hire).
- Provide advice on visa requirements and arrange visas as appropriate.
- Take ownership and responsibility for all client queries handled until successfully concluded.
- Ensure that all fare rules, regulations and conditions are given correctly with a full explanation.
- Ensure that valid alternatives are offered to all clients.
- Respond to and perform re-issues and recalculations in accordance with clients changing needs.
- Ensure that full support is given to the key preferred suppliers.
- Ensure that agreed service levels are maintained and any problems are reported to your line manager in a timely fashion.
Qualifications & Experience
- Extensive Business Travel Experience
- Working knowledge of Sabre, Amadeus or Galileo
