We're seeking a talented Product Assurance (PA) Engineer to join our innovative team and play a vital role in the design, development, operation, and testing phases of our advanced technology products. About the Role: As a Product Assurance Engineer, you will be a key player in maintaining exceptional quality and compliance throughout the product lifecycle. You will collaborate closely with diverse teams, including design, development, and project management, to ensure our products consistently meet and exceed customer and regulatory expectations. Key Responsibilities: * Comprehensive PA Oversight: Manage all Product Assurance requirements during design, development, operation, and testing phases. * Link to various teams in AIT, & engineering * Proactive Issue Resolution: Ensure the prompt closure of Requests for Deviations (RFDs), Requests for Actions (RFAs), Problem Analysis Documents (PADs), Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and Requests for Waivers (RFWs) before critical review milestones. * Strategic Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify and resolve potential issues that could compromise product quality and safety. * Collaborative Project Participation: Actively participate in project meetings and audits, providing valuable insights and ensuring compliance. * Rigorous Supplier Validation: Conduct independent audits to validate hardware suppliers of critical parts or related services. * Effective Tender Contribution: Provide expert input for tenders, ensuring compliance with internal, customer, and regulatory requirements. * Precise Inspection Point Management: Organize, manage, and close Key Inspection Points (KIPs) and customer Mandatory Inspection Points (MIPs). * Thorough RAMS Analysis: Perform Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, and Safety (RAMS) analyses. * Clear Reporting and Communication: Provide regular status updates on PA aspects to the Project Lead, contributing to project progress reports. * Complete Documentation Management: Manage all PA documents and Data Packages from design reviews to delivery, acting as the "Documentation Manager" at the product level. * Robust Design Verification: Oversee the overall design verification of the product through a Verification Control Document (VCD).
