Global Talent 2020 are proudly working with one of the Scottish Borders’ rising 5-Star Hotels, looking for a Bar Manager at their expanding luxury Hotel venue. Our client is looking for a Bar Manager for their opulent flagship venue, to drive and support the main Bar, Fine dining Restaurant, and Lounge operations.

The Bar Manager will support the F&B Manager and EAM Manager across the luxury bar and beautiful restaurant areas within the venue. Driving the dedicated Bar teams to develop both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage services across the property. To ensure that the quality delivery of consistent, guest drink experiences is maintained and exceeded.

You will be used to being very customer-facing and supervising the beverage operations by example. With an eye for detail, remembering repeat customers/regulars, whilst being alive to maximising commercial opportunities. You will support and help lead the Bar and F&B staff across front of house and bar areas as required. Understanding of drink mixology, stock controls, cellar management, health & safety, training, whilst possessing excellent communication skills, are prerequisites for this luxury venue.
