The role: Global Talent 2020’s client will require the Duty Manager to support the Restaurant Manager in leading the diverse team across this attractive venue. This long-established and well-appointed food and drink concept will require a Duty Manager candidate with proven hands-on restaurant operational experience.

You will need to be comfortable in being very customer-facing and lead by example, possessing an exceptional eye for detail, good commercial nous, and sound soft people skills.

You will manage the team across all fronts of house for the restaurant as required when on shift. Some clear understanding of stock controls, rota management, and health.
