Streetworks Coordinator in Skipton

Our client, a leading utilities and infrastructure organisation, is seeking a highly organised and proactive Streetworks Coordinator to join their growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced coordinator or administrator with knowledge of streetworks and utility operations to play a key role in ensuring compliance with NRSWA requirements and supporting the efficient delivery of infrastructure projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating notices and permits, maintaining accurate records, supporting operational teams, and ensuring client and statutory requirements are met at all times.

• Prepare, submit, and update Streetworks notices in accordance with NRSWA legislation and compliance requirements.
• Distribute daily Streetworks and NRSWA reports.
• Manage jeopardy activities and monitor work orders to support timely project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with client-specific requirements and contractual obligations.
• Liaise with operational teams to identify critical project activities and support programme planning.
• Record, monitor, and maintain accurate information within work management systems.
• Provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders through multiple communication channels.
• Maintain and update internal management systems within agreed timescales.
• Ensure permits, notices, and supporting documentation are completed before works commence.
• Produce management reports, spreadsheets, and performance-related information as required.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives relating to planning, coordination, and compliance.

Essential

• Good understanding of NRSWA legislation and Streetworks compliance requirements.
• Strong IT skills, including:
