As a Technical Programme Manager, you will serve as a senior delivery leader responsible for the holistic success of strategic client accounts. You will operate within our high-impact leadership model, partnering seamlessly with a Global Sales Lead/Client Partner and supported by Offshore Engineering Leaders. Your mission is to act as the primary face of delivery for C‑suite executives, bridging the gap between high‑level vision and flawless global execution.
Requirements
- Oversee the full lifecycle from initiation to implementation, aligning with the GlobalLogic Delivery Framework (GLDF) and client governance.
- Engage in the pre‑sales cycle, shaping client proposals and defining commercially sound, technically viable Statements of Work (SOW).
- Maintain fluency in major technology shifts (Cloud, Data, AI) to act as a credible bridge between business goals and engineering teams.
- Take ultimate ownership of portfolio financial health, protecting and growing margins while maintaining high‑quality delivery.
- Proactively manage engagement risks (technical debt, resource bottlenecks) and manage senior expectations via data‑driven communication.
Job responsibilities
- Deep experience in Digital Engineering or IT Consulting, with a proven track record managing complex programmes with £5M+ annual revenue.
- Extensive experience leading multi‑country, distributed teams of 100+ people.
- High‑level fluency in Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and the SDLC—enough to interrogate architectural decisions without being the hands‑on Tech Lead.
- Deep experience overseeing high‑stakes digital transformations, incumbent vendor transitions, and Organizational Change Management (OCM).
- Mastery of Agile/SAFe methodologies combined with tight financial rigour and resource optimization.
- A trusted advisor to the C‑suite who can command the big picture while diving into execution details when required.
- A Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
