At GlobalLogic, we have a strong track record of successfully delivering ground-breaking Cloud, Data & Digital Transformation programmes and we have an international reach working with a wide variety of projects and customers. Our approach enables companies to “build the exceptional” and be fit for purpose in the 21st century.

In an era of unprecedented innovation, businesses require partners who can do more than just maintain systems—they need architects of the future to design and build the next generation of AI-enabled digital products, platforms, and experiences. As a Programme Manager based out of the UK, you will serve as a senior delivery leader responsible for the holistic success and execution of strategic client programmes. You will operate within GlobalLogic’s high-impact "Two-in-a-Box" leadership model.

The Partnership: You will work in a seamless, collaborative triad alongside a Global Sales Lead/Client Partner and will be supported by Offshore Engineering Leaders (focused on operational excellence).

The Mission: Your role is to act as the primary "face of delivery" for senior client executives. You will bridge the gap between high-level vision and tangible business outcomes, ensuring that our globally distributed teams deliver with precision and quality.

The Impact: By strengthening client relationships through delivery excellence and technical credibility, you will be the driving force behind long-term digital transformations and the referenceability of our work.
