We are seeking an experienced, visionary Senior Client Partner to lead and scale a premier portfolio within our UK Retail and Consumer Business Unit. Operating in a strategic "two-in-a-box" partnership with a Delivery Partner, you will drive rapid business expansion and high-quality revenue growth. This role is built for a dynamic leader with a proven track record of shaping transformational, complex deals and establishing trusted, consultative relationships at the CxO level.
About the Role- Define and execute comprehensive sales and account plans to drive rapid business expansion and achieve profitable revenue targets.
- Build, nurture, and maintain trusted, consultative relationships with key client decision-makers, stakeholders, and CxOs to influence their digital agenda.
- Translate complex business challenges into innovative, AI-enabled technology solutions at the intersection of design, engineering, and data.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, qualification, solution shaping, proposal authoring, pricing structures, and sales funnel forecasting.
- Lead negotiations for high-value deals, master service contracts (MSAs), and long-term agreements.
- Partner closely with pre-sales, delivery management, and internal cross-departmental teams to represent the full opportunity-to-order lifecycle.
- Act as an advisory expert on Retail and Consumer trends, staying updated on emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge and represent GlobalLogic with a strong executive presence at industry events.
- Champion and leverage partnerships with internal Hitachi OpCos, external technology firms (e.g., AWS, Google, Microsoft), and relevant ISVs to deliver comprehensive client solutions.
- Experience in the Retail and Consumer Goods sector, with a proven track record of shaping, leading, and winning large-scale transformational engagements.
- Strong commercial skills, including new business development, pricing/costing models, discount structures, terms and conditions, and contract negotiation.
- Ability to translate complex business imperatives into actual platforms, architectures, and globally distributed delivery models (product engineering, operations, quality, and data engineering).
- Proven ability to build consensus among diverse stakeholders and establish strategic, trusted-advisor relationships at the executive level.
- Expert-level experience in authoring highly complex proposals and structuring high-value deals.
- Results-driven, high-energy, collaborative, innovative, and customer-centric, bringing a structured approach to business development while working independently.
