As a Programme Manager based out of the UK, you will serve as a senior delivery leader responsible for the holistic success and execution of strategic client Programmes. You will operate within GlobalLogic’s high-impact “Two-in-a-Box” leadership model.
The Partnership: You will work in a seamless, collaborative triad alongside a Global Sales Lead/Client Partner and will be supported by Offshore Engineering Leaders (focused on operational excellence).
The Mission: Your role is to act as the primary “face of delivery” for senior client executives. You will bridge the gap between high-level vision and tangible business outcomes, ensuring that our globally distributed teams deliver with precision and quality.

- Project Governance & Financial Rigour

- Global Orchestration: Extensive experience in multi-country stakeholder management, leading distributed teams in excess of 100+ people.
- High-level fluency in Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and the SDLC. You can supervise delivery and interrogate architectural decisions without needing to be the hands‑on Technical Lead.
- Transformation Expertise: Extensive experience overseeing high-stakes digital transformations and data migration, including challenging incumbent vendor transitions and Organizational Change Management (OCM).
- Delivery Acumen: An expert in global coordination and governance, with deep experience in financial rigour, resource optimization, and proactive risk management.
