About the role and responsibilities:

  • Experience with project management tooling: Hands-on experience with Airtable or comparable project management platforms.

About you (ideally):

As a Software Engineer, you’ll be integral to our client-facing delivery teams, working with our clients to design and build their technology-enabled systems. As an Operations/Software Engineer, you will design, automate, and optimise operational workflows across a range of internal tools. Working closely with teams and Engineering Project Managers, you'll translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions — from scripting and API development to custom interfaces, reporting dashboards, and end-to-end workflow automation.

This role is ideal for someone who is equally comfortable reading a Business Requirements Document (BRD) and writing a Python script — a pragmatic problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

We hire based on expertise, potential and enthusiasm to make a difference, then we give you the tools and skills you need to create impact. This role is hybrid and based in our UK&I region.
