This is a unique CONTRACT Product Manager opportunity, to be the architect of our next-generation, ML-powered activation engine. We aren’t just looking for a feature manager; we need a strategic thinker to automate complex campaign logic across the global big tech stack - specifically Google, Meta, and Amazon. You will lead high-performing scrum teams to bridge the gap between sophisticated Data Science and real-world agency workflows. Your goal is to deliver a seamless, automated interface that turns raw data into measurable performance uplift for some of the world’s largest brands.

Requirements:

  • Deep background in digital activation and understanding how agencies actually use technology to drive ROI.
  • Comfortable querying SQL databases and using agentic AI (like Claude Code) to speed up documentation and ticket writing.
  • Track record of launching scalable machine learning products, specifically in the realm of automation or media bidding.
  • Expert in Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and can produce meticulous system specifications that leave no room for ambiguity.
  • Thrives in start-up style environments - autonomous, high-energy, and capable of influencing senior stakeholders with ease.

Job responsibilities:

  • Define the value proposition and commercial model for our optimisation suite, ensuring every feature solves a genuine market pain point.
  • Partner with Engineering and Data Science leads to navigate technical hurdles, managing the roadmap from initial discovery to final UAT and sign-off.
  • Build deep, automated connections with major AdTech platforms to standardise workflows across a fragmented digital landscape.
  • Use a mix of quantitative metrics and stakeholder feedback to iterate on the product backlog and drive long-term vision.
