We are seeking an experienced and motivated Digital Researcher / Digital Analyst for a key client project involving data analysis for real‑time incidents. The role requires managing product escalations to meet client expectations and ensuring customers receive timely acknowledgement and resolution within agreed SLAs.
Fluency in Dutch (speaking and both written) is required, ideally at A2/B1 certified level, to keep our client’s maps data current and up‑to‑date in real time.
Requirements:- 0-2 years of experience as a Dutch Translator / Dutch Specialist
- Certification at A2/B1 Dutch level
- Flexible with rotational shifts & week‑offs (365 days, 24/7 support)
- Work hours: 9am – 6pm (40 hours per week) on a shift rota of 5 days a week, including weekends
