Requirements

  • 5-10 years experience as an Enterprise or Solution Architect.
  • Strong background in architecture and technical leadership.
  • Tech‑agnostic mindset – selecting the right tool for the requirement.
  • Experience in regulated environments (Financial Services preferred).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Agile mindset with practical experience and familiarity with Jira.
  • Knowledge of TOGAF or similar enterprise architecture frameworks.
  • Based in the UK, able to commute to Glasgow or London and travel to Glasgow as needed.
  • Job Responsibilities
  • Design, document, and own complex solution architectures from inception to delivery.
  • Act as a bridge across Tribes and business stakeholders, translating technical concepts and securing alignment.
  • Collaborate daily with product owners and engineering teams in an Agile framework to unblock dependencies.
  • Ensure solutions adhere to company standards and industry best practices and govern architecture following TOGAF or similar methodologies.
