Technical Insight Expertise in data architecture, with substantial experience leading large-scale enterprise data migration projects. Proficiency with Azure cloud platform, Databricks, and data lake architectures. Familiarity with SAP, Pega, and data modeling (conceptual, logical, physical) standards. Stakeholder Management: Proven experience managing relationships with diverse stakeholders, communicating complex data concepts clearly to both technical and nontechnical audiences. Data Governance and Compliance: Strong understanding of data privacy, security, and compliance requirements, with experience enforcing standards in a regulated environment. Project Management Skills: Ability to work across multiple projects, manage timelines, and produce high-quality deliverables.
