Globality is the autonomous sourcing platform to manage the entire intake to award process. At Globality, we build agentic technology that transforms how global enterprises source goods and services — autonomously, at scale, and without the inefficiencies that have defined procurement for decades. Our platform interprets purchase intent, generates sourcing materials, evaluates suppliers, and executes negotiation strategies without manual intervention.

The Role

As a Solutions Consultant at Globality, you'll play a key role in demonstrating the value of our platform to Global 2000 customers and supporting internal teams. This role offers the opportunity to influence strategy, shape how we win and grow business, and make a lasting impact across the organization. You'll act as a trusted liaison between Account Executives, Product, and Customer Success by translating complex technical concepts into clear, compelling solutions for diverse stakeholders, including executives. You'll also equip our sales team with the knowledge and tools needed to confidently articulate Globality's platform capabilities.

What You Will Do

  • Advise customers and internal teams on technical solutions, integrations, and best practices
  • Deliver customized product demonstrations and presentations that address client needs and showcase value
  • Build and lead technical workshops, immersion labs, and training sessions for both prospects and internal teams, building relationships with multiple stakeholders within each account
  • Translate technical features into business benefits for non-technical stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to respond to RFPs, prepare proposals, and support deal strategy, including usage-based pricing and commercial models
  • Support end-to-end pre-sales activities to ensure successful solution adoption
  • Ensure an effective and warm handoff to the post-sales Customer Success team
  • Provide insights on market trends, customer requirements, and competitive positioning

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, consulting, or implementation, ideally with Global 2000 clients
  • Experience in sourcing or related domains
  • Proven ability to build and deliver engaging demos and lead technical workshops
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build a network of relationships across technical and business stakeholders within an account
  • Ability to translate technical language into business value for diverse audiences
  • Familiarity with SaaS platforms; sourcing, procurement, or spend management experience is a plus, as is familiarity with usage-based sales and pricing motions
  • Understanding of enterprise applications and procurement technology stacks
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and evolving environment; highly collaborative teamwork across Account Executives, Product, Customer Success, and Alliances is a critical cultural attribute we look for
  • A Challenger mentality and the ability to say no, both internally and externally, when appropriate
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or relevant certifications a plus

Why Globality

We're early to a massive shift. Enterprise procurement is one of the last major functions to be reshaped by AI—and it’s happening now. This isn’t incremental optimization. We’re rebuilding how decisions get made and how trillions of dollars move through global enterprises.

The bar is high—and so is the talent. This team has built, run, and advised some of the world’s most sophisticated organizations. We care about outcomes, not titles. The people who thrive here take ownership, move fast, and follow through.

You'll have real impact. This role is about creating a playbook, not maintaining. You’ll define strategy, build from zero to one, and see your work translate directly into business impact.

We build together. In person. We’re in the London office four days a week because the best ideas—and the fastest decisions—happen face to face. One day is yours to work wherever you’re most effective.

We are an equal opportunity employer. We believe diversity makes our team better and that discrimination based on race, gender, or anything else is self-defeating. Keeping your data safe is important to us. Any information provided will be processed by Globality in compliance with applicable data privacy laws and regulations, including, but not limited to, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA).
