Responsibility:
- Responsible for post equipment PM and tool down recovery qualification and impacted lots assessment and disposition by following procedure and continuously update improvements to work instruction SOP together with Process Engineer sponsor.
- Responsible for process qualification and lot disposition continuous support for 24/7 operation together with on duty shift personnel and Process Engineer sponsor.
- Responsible to follow up on outstanding issues and liaise with external vendors for problem escalation with Process Engineer sponsor.
- Responsible to maintain, meet and continuously improve Process KPI in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Customer, People with Process Engineer sponsor.
- Responsible for all process layer ownership, improvement projects and qualification through proper data analysis to Change Request Board with Process Engineer sponsor.
- Coaching and training of all module process personnel.
Other Responsibilities:
- Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree (Mechanical / Electrical / Material / Chemical or similar Engineering field).
- Years of Experience: 9 years.
- Hands-on experience in photolithography or metrology process abnormality troubleshooting, engineering methods for process control, improvement and development.
- Practical knowledge and understanding of 24/7 semiconductor manufacturing processes and cleanroom operation environment.
- Expert knowledge and experience in engineering troubleshooting and process optimization in Photolithography or Metrology process recipe are preferred, such as Nikon scanners, TEL tracks, Hitachi CDSEM, KLA Archer OVL, Electrical / Optical tester, Thermawave Optiprobe, Rudolph Firefly or KLA defect scanner, Stylus Profilometer, Microscope, Sorter, EVG/SVG litho tools.
- SPC/ OCAP/ FDC/ RTM/ RMS/ APC/ DOE/ Minitab (P-test)/ Defect and Yield Analysis Software/ FMEA/ 8D/ Fishbone/ 6S/ Risk Assessment working knowledge, preferably from wafer fab and, with basic equipment & expertise in photolithography process knowledge and with an eye for detail.
- Strong project management skills, accountable and takes ownership, ability to multi-task and prioritise and with sense of urgency.
- Strong data analysis, problem-solving skill, and eager for learning different processes to troubleshoot, improve and develop.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with ability to convey the message in concise and effective manner both in local as well as remote communications.
- Must be able to work on 8 hours Normal or swing shift (5 days week: either Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday).
- MS Office and computer skills literate.
