Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for combination of process and equipment engineering supporting production ramp by process qualification, productivity improvement and tool release.
  • Support production ramp by process qualification, productivity improvement and tool release.
  • Create, analyze and review technical charts and data (such as SPC/DOE/split lot/Space/Si-view/JMP/Klarity).
  • Perform process matching between equipment to reduce variations for better tool matching.
  • Identify chronic issues, establish improvement programs/procedures for resolution.
  • Work with cross function teams to address yield improvement, excursions and best practices across fabs.
  • Drive CIP (Continuous improvement plans) to improve performance indices and optimize productivity.
  • Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements.
  • Work and collaborate on other projects and/or assignments as needed.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar engineering role, preferably in the manufacturing or semiconductor industry.
  • Proficient in the use of engineering tools and equipment, including PLC programming, electrical troubleshooting, and schematic interpretation.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to think critically.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
