Responsibility
- Responsible for completing PM with quality works and safety standard at all times by following procedure.
- Responsible to respond to breakdowns, diagnose faults, and repair equipment and ensure continuous support by shift 24/7 operation.
- Responsible to follow up on outstanding issues and liaise with external vendors for problem escalation with tool owners.
- Responsible for process lot disposition follow OCAP and qualification together with engineer sponsors.
- Responsible to key-in SPC data for all defined equipment critical parameters.
- Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.
Requirements
- Diploma (Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical or similar Engineering field).
- At least 1 year working experience.
- Practical knowledge and understanding of 24/7 semiconductor manufacturing and cleanroom operation environment.
- Basic troubleshooting and knowledge in maintaining Litho or Metro tools are preferred, such as Nikon scanners, TEL tracks, Hitachi CDSEM, KLA Archer OVL, Electrical /Optical tester, Thermawave Optiprobe, Rudolph Firefly or KLA defect scanner, Stylus Profilometer, Microscope, Sorter, EVG/SVG litho tools.
- Basic knowledge of SPC and PM/CM are preferred, preferably from wafer fab and, with basic equipment & process knowledge and with an eye for detail.
- Eager for learning different tools type to maintain and troubleshoot including process recipe and lot handling.
- Accountable and takes ownership, ability to multi-task and prioritise and with sense of urgency.
- Must be able to support 24/7 operation by day and night on 12 hours rotating shift work.
- MS Office and computer skills literate.
