Join an established, global energy sector business as an HR Administrator on a 12‑month contract. This role is ideal for someone with strong HR administrative experience who enjoys supporting people, processes and projects within a busy HR function. You’ll play a key role in providing day‑to‑day HR support, ensuring employee records and communications are accurate and compliant.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining and organising employee personnel files.
- Transferring historic HR documentation to shared servers.
- Managing the HR inbox and incoming correspondence.
- Supporting onboarding processes and tracking new hires.
- Assisting with HR forms, documentation and communications.
- Maintaining document checklists and learning records within the HR system.
- Monitoring completion of mandatory training and documentation, following up with Managers as required.
- Producing and updating documents using Microsoft Office.
- Assisting with ad‑hoc projects as required.
Qualifications
