Job Description
We’re looking for an interim Product Director to lead the strategy, functional development, and optimisation of the GlobalDrum platform that returns the autonomy to media brands to own, understand, and monetise their most engaged social audiences for themselves. If you’re passionate about innovation, relish solving business problems without precedent, like change, and have a strong intuition for what drives the monetisation of social audiences, then this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Product Strategy: Lead the vision and functional roadmap for social media experiences on the new next-generation platform we are evolving. This encompasses: audience acquisition, sharing, discovery, audience engagement, understanding, and diversified business models.
- User-Centric Design: Collaborate with Design, Engineering, and Market Development colleagues to develop intuitive features that return the value of social engagement back to the media sector.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Analyse sector behavior, market trends, and performance metrics to inform decisions and prioritise improvements.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Align teams across Product Engineering, Market Development, Sales, and Customer Experience to ensure cohesive and impactful product delivery.
- Innovation & Experimentation: Champion new ideas through rapid experimentation and iteration to stay ahead of market trends acting as a market evangelist.
- Scale with Quality: Ensure features scale effectively with user growth while maintaining high standards of performance, privacy, and reliability.
