The role...
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate Technology projects from inception through to delivery. You will work across development teams, product, design, marketing and various senior business stakeholders - aligning teams, driving decisions and ensuring projects are delivered on time, to a high standard and to agreed scope. The successful candidate must be able to work at pace, balance multiple projects simultaneously, and navigate through challenges when all dimensions of the project might not yet be fully explicit.
We need a team player who can get into the detail whilst maintaining control across multiple workstreams and managing various internal teams.
What you'll be doing...
Own end to end project delivery, managing scope, timelines, and risks throughout the project lifecycleDefine project plans, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with cross functional teams and maintain clear documentation throughoutFacilitate working group meetings and steering groups ensuring materials are produced and agendas are shared in advance which are purposeful and drive successful outcomesCommunicate project status clearly and consistently to stakeholders at all levels, including CEO, providing concise, accurate reportingManage dependencies across teams ensuring alignment and accountabilityLead GTM coordination, working with teams including but not limited to marketing, sales enablement, commercial and customer success ensuring optimal business readinessManage internal or third-party project resources to ensure that they are working effectively to deliver project outcomesFollow GlobalData governance processes to ensure adequate project management documentation, reporting and plans are in placeWhat we're looking for...3-5 years managing Technology and software projectsProven ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and competing prioritiesStrong stakeholder management and executive communication skills with comfort presenting to c suite executivesSolid understanding of software development and technical conceptsComfortable with ambiguity and can coordinate required teams to bring control and meaningful outputsExposure to change management An understanding of product development and internal processes, including Design, UX/ UI and Back-End developmentSystem knowledge; JIRA, MoqupsKnowledge of technology and digital systemsSolution driven, critical thinker and problem solverStrategic thinker and plannerAbility to engage effectively with different personality typesAble to work on multiple projects at the same timePerformance driven team playerExcellent decision-making and leadership capabilitiesIn addition to a rewarding career, we support our GlobalData colleagues with a range of benefits across health, finances, fitness, travel, tech and more.
