The role… This role will be mainly to support the Head of Payroll & Benefits with the processing of multiple international and UK payrolls and to assist with any associated ad-hoc tasks. What you\’ll be doing… Processing of multiple monthly and bi-monthly international payrolls using various payroll systems and international payroll providers Ensure we’re fully compliant with relevant legislation in all countries Be responsible for bedding in a process for new international payrolls as a result of mergers and acquisitions and subsequently train up Payroll Team members Be an escalation point for more complex issues Ensure employees are paid correctly and on time Cover end to end processing of UK payroll, including the total set up of new payrolls when needed Complete all UK year end procedures Deal with payroll queries from employees and external payroll providers Assist the Head of Payroll & Benefits with various ad-hoc administration tasks What we are looking for… Minimum of three years’ experience working within a Payroll environment at senior level Experience processing international payrolls, especially US would be advantageous Excellent attention to detail Ability to manage and develop, Team members Strong verbal and written communication skills Advanced Microsoft Excel and Word skills Ability to work to tight deadlines and complete work to a high standard under pressure Confident, adaptable personality with a positive attitude towards change and new challenges Experience of working in a large, fast paced business In addition to a rewarding career, we support our GlobalData colleagues with a range of benefits across health, finances, fitness, travel, tech and more.
