GlobalData is seeking a Commercial Legal Officer to join our UK Legal and Compliance team. You will draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including data-as-a-service and software-as-a-service agreements, NDAs, master service agreements, consultancy agreements, data protection agreements, IP licensing, variations, and public/private procurement contracts.
You will help ensure data protection compliance and support IP matters as needed.
