You will support the Global Sales Forecasting Team with research & analysis of the European market.\\n\\nWhat you’ll be doing…\\n\\nMaintain and enhance vehicle market forecasts, with a primary focus on Europe.\\n\\t\\nAnalyse brand, model and segment trends and forecast performance across European markets.\\n\\t\\nSupport the manager and wider team with research and insight on the European automotive industry.\\n\\t\\nBuild understanding of macroeconomic and industry drivers shaping automotive demand.\\n\\t\\nProduce written insights for internal and external users; contribute to presentations/webinars as required.\\n\\t\\nDeliver regular market reports, forecast updates and scheduled database publications.\\n\\t\\nCreate and deliver standard and customised client data downloads to agreed timelines.\\n\\t\\nRespond to client, journalist and internal queries, including data manipulation and clear explanation.\\n\\t\\nSupport team and international colleagues on client-facing activities as needed.\\n\\nWhat we’re looking for…\\n\\nBachelor’s and/or Master’s Degree / or equivalent.\\n\\t\\nEconomics, mathematics or numerate disciplines preferred but not required.\\n\\t\\nExperience or strong interest in the automotive industry is preferred.\\n\\t\\nStrong research skills and ability to work with large databases and numerical systems.\\n\\t\\nAdvanced Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint experience.\\n\\t\\nExcellent spoken and written English.\\n\\t\\nHigh level of attention to detail.\\n\\t\\nAbility to work independently, manage own schedules and deliver to deadlines.\\n\\t\\nAbility to confidently and articulately communicate with clients and external contacts, primarily through email and phone calls. \\n\\nIn addition to a rewarding career, we support our GlobalData colleagues with a range of benefits across health, finances, fitness, travel, tech and more.
