You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting new enterprise prospects, demonstrating the value of our data, insights and platforms, and closing opportunities that drive long-term growth.\\n\\nThis is a full-cycle sales role covering prospecting, qualifying, presenting, negotiating and closing.\\n\\nWhat you’ll be doing…\\n\\nNew Business Generation\\n\\nOwn the full sales cycle from prospecting to close across assigned sectors or territories.\\n\\t\\nBuild and maintain a high-quality pipeline through outbound outreach, targeted campaigns, networking, referrals, and industry events.\\n\\t\\nResearch prospects to understand their strategic priorities, challenges and intelligence needs.\\n\\nConsultative Selling\\n\\nDeliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations tailored to customer goals.\\n\\t\\nConduct discovery to uncover use cases across functions such as strategy, marketing, insights, product, innovation, risk and competitive intelligence.\\n\\t\\nPosition GlobalData’s differentiated value: integrated intelligence, unique datasets, proprietary research, and end-to-end decision support.\\n\\t\\nBuild strong relationships with senior stakeholders and multi-persona buying groups.\\n\\nDeal Execution & Commercials\\n\\nStructure proposals, pricing and contracts aligned to customer needs and GlobalData’s commercial framework.\\n\\t\\nManage negotiations with procurement, legal and senior decision-makers.\\n\\t\\nClose new logo business consistently against quarterly and annual targets.\\n\\nInternal Collaboration\\n\\nWork closely with SDRs, Marketing, Product, Customer Success and Delivery teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.\\n\\t\\nProvide market feedback to Product on customer needs, trends and competitive activity.\\n\\t\\nPartner with Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term adoption.\\n\\nMarket Expertise & Thought Leadership\\n\\nStay up to date with market trends, industry intelligence and GlobalData’s evolving product suite.\\n\\t\\nPresent at industry events, webinars or customer meetings as required.\\n\\t\\nAct as an ambassador of GlobalData’s value and mission\\n\\nWhat we’re looking for…\\n\\nEssential\\n\\n3–7 years’ experience in B2B solution sales, ideally SaaS, data, research, insights, or analytics.\\n\\t\\nProven track record of closing new business and exceeding revenue targets.\\n\\t\\nStrong consultative selling skills with the ability to engage multiple stakeholders.\\n\\t\\nExcellent presentation, communication and storytelling skills.\\n\\t\\nAbility to simplify complex propositions into clear customer value.\\n\\t\\nExperience managing long-cycle, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.\\n\\t\\nStrong pipeline discipline and CRM proficiency (Salesforce or similar).\\n\\nDesirable\\n\\nExperience selling into sectors such as TMT, Healthcare, CPG, Retail, Financial Services, Energy or Industrials.\\n\\t\\nFamiliarity with intelligence platforms, syndicated research, data subscriptions or advisory solutions.\\n\\t\\nExperience selling to personas such as Strategy, Insights, Product, Marketing, Risk, or Innovation.\\n\\t\\nExposure to MEDDICC/MEDDPICC, Challenger, or similar sales frameworks.\\n\\nWhat Success Looks Like…\\n\\nConsistent delivery against new business quota.\\n\\t\\nHigh-quality, predictable pipeline and accurate forecasting.\\n\\t\\nStrong relationships with senior stakeholders and buying groups.\\n\\t\\nCustomers who adopt GlobalData’s solutions and expand after the first term.\\n\\t\\nReputation as a trusted, insight-led advisor — not a transactional seller.\\n\\nIn addition to a rewarding career, we support our GlobalData colleagues with a range of benefits across health, finances, fitness, travel, tech and more.
