The role… We're hiring a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst to own the systems and data behind how we forecast, report on, and manage pipeline. This isn't a support role. You'll be responsible for the forecasting methodology, the KPI framework, and the Salesforce architecture that sales leadership depends on to make decisions. You'll be our Salesforce subject matter expert, working closely with Global Commercial Excellence on system design and governance. Day to day, you'll also be the person Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success come to when they need reliable numbers.
What you’ll be doing…
- Pipeline Management
- Own end-to-end pipeline stage definitions and confidence criteria, setting the standard for the broader sales organisation.
- Establish and enforce pipeline hygiene standards across sales segments.
- Proactively monitor pipeline health, escalating risks and gaps directly to sales and revenue leadership.
- Forecasting & Reporting
- Own the forecasting cadence and methodology. Pull, check, and consolidate the numbers before they hit leadership's desk.
- Build and maintain the dashboards sales reps and leadership actually use to track pipeline and funnel performance.
- Handle quota tracking, territory performance, and actuals reporting.
- Turn pipeline data into reporting that a CRO can act on without asking follow-up questions.
- Sales Data, Systems & Governance
- Document how things work, so process knowledge doesn't live only in your head.
- Help lead system rollouts, integrations, and process changes as they come up.
- Be the senior escalation point for Salesforce questions from the sales team.
What we’re looking for…
- 3+ years in Revenue Ops, Sales Ops, or Analytics, with real ownership of forecasting and reporting in a complex B2B sales org.
- Deep hands‑on Salesforce experience.
- You've owned forecasting methodology and built reporting for a senior leadership before, not just pulled reports on request.
- Strong Excel skills and no fear of messy, medium-sized datasets.
- Comfortable with SQL and BI Tools (Astrato, Tableau, PowerBI).
- You care about data accuracy enough to chase down why a number looks off.
- You're comfortable pushing back on a sales rep or briefing a VP level executives.
