The Sales team operates at the face of our business introducing clients to our trusted intelligence. With an established book of leading brands and the scope to carve your own market, there is a real opportunity for sales talent at all levels to develop in our growing business.

The SDR role is responsible for booking meetings for the sales team and ensures consistent execution across functions and geographies. This is a fast-paced role where you will engage with potential clients via phone, email, and LinkedIn, and provide sales support to the wider sales team.

  • Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline through outbound outreach, targeted campaigns, networking, referrals, and industry events.
  • Research prospects to understand their strategic priorities, challenges and intelligence needs.
  • Conduct discovery to uncover use cases across functions such as strategy, marketing, insights, product, innovation, risk and competitive intelligence.
  • Position GlobalData’s differentiated value: integrated intelligence, unique datasets, proprietary research, and end-to-end decision support.
  • Work closely with BDM’s marketing, Product, Customer Success and Delivery teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
  • Stay up to date with market trends, industry intelligence and GlobalData’s evolving product suite.
  • Act as an ambassador of GlobalData’s value and mission.

6 – 12 months experience in a sales, customer support, or customer facing role.

Strong pipeline discipline and CRM proficiency (Salesforce or similar). High-quality, predictable pipeline and accurate forecasting.
