The role… We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our global team, leading end‑to‑end hiring for our Sales and Corporate teams, whilst delivering exceptional hiring manager and candidate experience. You’ll be a trusted partner to the business, influencing decisions, building scalable and data‑driven processes, and setting the standard for talent acquisition. Alongside hiring, you will have the opportunity to contribute to a range of global and cross‑functional projects. As a team we are focused on continuous improvement and enhancing our service delivery, and work together to identify and execute on all opportunities to do so.

What you’ll be doing…

  • Partnering with hiring managers to deliver an exceptional hiring experience. Through a deep understanding of the roles, teams and GlobalData competencies you will consult on talent market conditions, attraction strategy, interview best practice and compensation.
  • Proactively engaging with passive candidates, through a variety of sources, as part of the overall TA and workforce planning strategy.
  • Building highly effective relationships with key stakeholders and CoEs throughout the hiring ecosystem (finance, HR Operations, L&D etc).
  • Acting as a GlobalData brand ambassador at all times, building the Talent Acquisitions team profile both internally and externally, and tracking and advocating on the importance of Candidate Experience and NPS scores.
  • Working with the TA leadership on the continuous improvement of processes, documentation and reporting, to address inefficiencies and opportunities for optimisation.
  • Participating and leading on a range of global and cross‑functional initiatives, including but not limited to employer branding, DEI, Tech enablement, process improvement and career development.

What we’re looking for…

  • Proven success in an in‑house TA role or within an agency environment.
  • A track record of hiring sales, research, consulting or corporate functions is essential.
  • Experience working with or for global, Information Services / Tech / SAAS / AI organisations if preferred.
  • A proactive nature and growth mindset, demonstrated through success hiring initiatives and TA projects.
  • Strong working knowledge of recruitment systems and tools.
  • A superior written and verbal communicator, able to build rapport and influence at every level, both internally and externally.
  • Solution oriented, you adapt through ambiguity and maintain focus on outcomes.
