The role… The Analyst works directly alongside senior leads within the CEO Office to drive high-priority corporate initiatives, structure operational workflows, and execute strategic and commercial programs. This role is an accelerated entry-level path for analytical, high-energy graduates who excel at deconstructing complex problems, building scalable business playbooks, and synthesising performance data into actionable executive insights.

What you’ll be doing…

  • Quantitative Analysis & Insights: Collect, clean, and model operational and financial data to identify business trends, evaluate project ROI, and deliver actionable performance conclusions to leadership.
  • Operating Playbooks & Process Design: Partner with divisional teams to document core business processes, structure repeatable standard operating procedures (SOPs), and build operational playbooks for enterprise scaling.
  • Executive Program Support: Work closely with CEO office leads to track project milestones, coordinate cross-functional workstreams, and resolve operational bottlenecks.
  • Executive Reporting & Presentations: Build clear, highly structured slide presentations, automated dashboards, and weekly status summaries for the CEO Office and executive leadership.
  • Ad-Hoc Strategic Problem Solving: Support fast-turnaround research, competitor benchmarking, customer churn analysis, and AI/automation pilot tracking.

What we’re looking for… Recent bachelor’s or master’s graduate in Business, Economics, STEM, Finance, or a related analytical discipline. Exceptional numerical literacy and structured problem-solving skills; advanced capability in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with SQL, Tableau, or Power BI is an advantage. High degree of intellectual curiosity, comfort navigating ambiguity, and a bias toward action. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to synthesize dense data into clear takeaways. Proven ability to manage competing priorities, balance detail-orientation with speed, and collaborate across diverse teams.
