Our big ambitions mean that life at GlobalData is fast paced, entrepreneurial and rewarding. Working together in an intellectually challenging environment, where learning is super-charged to keep us on our toes, the highly stimulating, fast-paced, global environment we operate in, and our bold ambitions result in unique learning opportunities for our people.

The role…

We’re looking for a uniquely skilled Programme Manager to join our Commercial Excellence team—someone who’s just as comfortable driving complex, cross-functional projects as they are building high-impact presentations that tell a compelling story in a GTM setting. This role combines strong programme management and stakeholder coordination skills with expert-level creative capabilities—specifically in PowerPoint (at a design-agency standard) and advanced use of Adobe Creative Suite and AI-powered tools to accelerate visual production. You’ll act as a strategic right hand / chief of staff to the MD and Exec Leaderships team, helping shape, manage, and deliver key initiatives—while also translating ideas into beautifully crafted narratives that resonate with executive audiences.

As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will work closely with sales leadership, sales teams, subject matter experts (SMEs), and product teams to ensure our wider programmes are delivered on time with a compelling message and vision in a way that drives our peoples and business to succeed.

What you’ll be doing…

  • Programme Leadership: Drive planning, coordination, and execution of high-priority GTM initiatives—across Sales, Marketing, Enablement, Product, and Operations.
  • Executive Storytelling: Design high-quality PowerPoint presentations (board-level polish) that visually articulate GTM strategies, performance insights, and transformation roadmaps.
  • Creative Production: Use tools like Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and AI design platforms (e.g., Canva AI, Tome, Gamma, Midjourney) to produce compelling visuals, infographics, and motion-ready decks.
  • Project Management: Own timelines, milestones, and stakeholder communication across multiple workstreams—ensuring clarity, accountability, and delivery at pace.
  • Idea Partnering: Work closely with the Sales Leadership and cross-functional leaders to shape raw ideas into structured narratives and visually coherent plans. Act as steerco on a number of GTM projects, tracking and reporting on activity, and progress, often working to tight timeframes.

What Success Looks Like

  • High-priority GTM initiatives delivered on time, with clear ownership and consistent execution across Sales, Marketing, Enablement, Product, and Operations.
  • Executive and board-level presentations recognized for their clarity and polish, requiring minimal revision from the MD or leadership team.
  • Sales leadership and cross-functional stakeholders engaging you as a trusted thought partner from the outset of an initiative, not solely for final presentation.
  • Steering committee and governance updates that give leadership an accurate, current view of progress and risk, with issues surfaced proactively rather than at the point of escalation.
  • A measurable decrease in reactive, short-notice requests for content and materials, reflecting earlier and more consistent involvement in planning.
  • Increasing trust and autonomy extended by the MD and Executive team, reflected in greater ownership of complex or sensitive initiatives over time.

What we’re looking for…

  • 5+ years’ experience in programme or project management roles within a commercial, GTM, or consulting environment.
  • Candidate obsessed with developing strategic relationship with key stakeholders to become a thought partner with exceptional communication, organisation, and project management skills.
  • Portfolio of high-impact PowerPoint or Keynote presentations (agency-level polish essential).
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite—particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Strong command of AI-based visual and content tools (e.g., Synthesia, Tome, Beautiful.ai, Midjourney, ChatGPT/DALLE, Canva Magic).
  • Comfort working at pace and navigating ambiguity—able to simplify complexity with clarity and creativity.
  • Experience in a fast-moving, global business environment—ideally supporting commercial, product or revenue teams.
