Vill du arbeta nära nätet som är den digitala ryggraden i samhället? Som Supporttekniker i Service Desk hos GlobalConnect är du med och säkerställer stabil och tillförlitlig kommunikation för våra B2B-kunder – varje dag.

Om rollen

I rollen som Supporttekniker i dagteamet arbetar du mitt i hjärtat av vår nätverksamhet. Du hanterar larm, felsöker incidenter och ser till att våra tjänster är tillgängliga när samhället behöver dem. Du arbetar tillsammans med kollegor i Service Desk och 24/7-teamet och ansvarar för att övervaka, felsöka och koordinera ärenden. Tempot kan vara högt och du hanterar flera parallella ärenden samtidigt – alltid med fokus på kvalitet och kund.

Dina arbetsuppgifter

  • Felsöka nätverksärenden inom Fortinet, SD-WAN, routing och säkerhet
  • Hantera kundincidenter vid larm eller avbrott
  • Supportera kunder, kollegor och underleverantörer via ärendehanteringssystem
  • Eskalera och fördela ärenden för korrekt prioritering och arbetsfördelning
  • Dokumentera och ta fram rapporter (RFO/RCA) vid större incidenter
  • Bidra till förbättring av rutiner och arbetssätt inom Service Desk

För att lyckas i rollen behöver du

  • Relevant utbildning inom nätverk, gärna pĂĄ högskolenivĂĄ
  • CCNA-certifiering eller stark motivation att ta CCNA
  • 1–2 ĂĄrs erfarenhet frĂĄn Service Desk, Help Desk eller liknande teknisk supportroll
  • Flytande svenska och engelska i tal och skrift

Du är strukturerad, ansvarstagande och analytisk. Du har ett tydligt kundfokus och samarbetar gärna med andra och trivs när tempot är högt.
