The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a critical role in supporting the end-to-end recruitment process across GBS. This role ensures operational excellence within the Talent Acquisition function by managing recruitment administration, maintaining ATS accuracy, coordinating interviews, supporting Hiring Managers and other ad-hoc projects as required.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline for open positions within GBS.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand current recruitment needs and anticipate future hiring needs.
- Advise and provide guidance to hiring managers on effective recruitment procedures and interview techniques.
- Maximise all social media networks to source, attract and connect with potential candidates.
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process from creating advert content all the way to delivering the offer.
- Reviewing applications, assessing and evaluating candidates' suitability before compiling a shortlist of qualified candidates for hiring managers to review.
- Be proactive in identifying areas in need of improvement and suggest or implement effective strategies to address the need.
- Representing and promoting the organisation to potential applicants at various external events such as job fairs and open days.
- Attend relevant conferences, industry events and webinars to make sure you are always up to date with labour market and industry trends.
- Ensure our careers page and social media platforms promote and attract sufficient interest.
- Assisting in recruitment related project work – training, marketing, employer branding, data and reporting, etc.
- Monitoring and reporting on all key metrics associated with the recruitment function.
About You:
- Proven end-to-end recruitment experience with a track record of success in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrable experience in high volume recruitment either agency or in-house.
- Some experience in recruiting for niche or hard-to-find roles.
- Knowledge of essential legislation associated with the recruitment function.
- Experience with using a variety of job boards and social media platforms and other professional networks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Good accuracy and excellent attention to detail.
- Highly organised and able to prioritise multiple tasks and workloads.
- A team player, who shares a common need to succeed.
