Workday Delivery Manager (6-month FTC)
As Workday Delivery Manager at Global, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering a successful Finance & Commercial Technology Transformation programme, ensuring our ERP (Workday) platform evolves to meet the growing needs of the business, driving the platform through stabilisation to optimisation. You’ll bring structure and clarity to a complex, high-profile transformation, turning ambiguity into clearly defined programmes of work. With strong stakeholder management skills, you’ll be a trusted partner to senior leaders across Finance, Technology, and People & Culture, and drive delivery across both Workday Financials and HCM.
You’ll also shape the future direction of the platform—improving automation and surfacing insights—and embed these opportunities into the long-term roadmap.
If you thrive in a fast-paced environment where ambiguity is an opportunity, where you can shape strategic roadmaps, and where your leadership and delivery skills can make a tangible difference—this role is for you.
