Your Role: Workday Analyst
We're looking for an experienced Workday professional to take senior ownership of our HCM configuration, reporting and data integrity as our go-to functional expert.
Location: Holborn, London or Remote
As a Workday Analyst at Global, you will:
- Workday Configuration: Own the end-to-end configuration of Workday HCM modules spanning business processes, security, organisations and calculated fields with a focus on user experience - including our bi-annual releases, from prototyping through to deployment.
- Reporting & Insight: Build and maintain our reporting suite including board level reporting - giving P&C, Finance and business leaders the insight they need.
- Data Integrity & Governance: Own data quality through regular audits, proactive gap-checking, and use of Workday tools to provide guardrails and guidance to users.
- Team Enablement & Continuous Improvement: Share knowledge across the Workday team, maintain clear documentation, and champion best practice as we roll out new functionality.

- Got up to speed with our Workday configuration, reporting suite and current ways of working.

- Taken ownership of at least one area of reporting or configuration, including board level reporting.
What You'll Need
- Workday Expertise: Solid hands-on experience configuring Workday HCM across multiple modules, including business processes, security and calculated fields (ideally with payroll, time tracking, and absence experience but not essential).
- Reporting & MI Skills: Experience building advanced and matrix reports, dashboards and board-level presentation of data.
- Data Governance: A meticulous, audit-minded approach to data integrity.
- Senior Stakeholder Communication: Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders across P&C & Finance, translating technical detail clearly.
