Whether we're in the studio, building world-class technology, or securing record Outdoor advertising partnerships, we make sure we're doing it as a team.

Your New Role

If you are a process driven, organisational wizard with a flair for multitasking, then this is the job for you! The Commercial Marketing team supports Global's B2B endeavours across Outdoor, Audio, Global Studios and Partnerships on both a local and national scale. Whether it is hosting an event, launching a new product, delivering impactful trade research or crafting dynamic social campaigns, the team works tirelessly to reinforce Global's position with advertisers and the agencies who support them. The Commercial Design team, where this role sits, is also under the Commercial Marketing umbrella, working closely with these talented marketers and our wider Commercial function to bring their initiatives to life with first-rate creative collaboration.

Reporting to our Studio Manager, the Studio Delivery Coordinator will provide operational support to our team of Designers, Web Developers and Photographers. The role has a key focus on our photographic delivery, supporting commercial photography in becoming a valuable asset for Sales, Marketing, Communications and more.

Key Responsibilities

  • Photography post-production: delivery management (50%): You'll manage the flow of incoming images, schedule retouching and quality control before content is uploaded to our Data Asset Management (DAM) system, Canto. You'll maintain the day-to-day operations standards of the Canto platform spanning key touchpoints including metadata application and rights management, acting as the first line of support for internal stakeholders. You'll work with the Outdoor Marketing team in supporting the critical role Commercial photography plays in the sales process, improving the speed of discovery in Canto and information flow with sales teams.
  • Pre-production: planning (30%): You'll review incoming requests across photography, design and web development to ensure briefs are fit for purpose, challenging when needed. You'll support our Photographers with coverage planning and liaise with Freelancers when required, ensuring that our Asana system accurately reflects prioritisation and project status.
  • Stakeholder support (10%): You'll work with the Studio Manager to create stakeholder visibility to project status across the department, building effective working relationships and managing expectations.
  • Collaboration and communication (10%): Collaborating to help devise best practices within the team and advocate for these with our stakeholders.

What You'll Love About This Role

  • Think Big: Innovate by identifying opportunities to evolve and improve our workflows. This is a new role, so there's the chance to have a big impact!
  • Own It: Be the guardian for our Canto system, setting and maintaining best practices, and turning it from a photography repository into a valuable sales and marketing asset.
  • Keep it Simple: Embrace AI to streamline our processes and deliver efficiencies.
  • Better Together: Enhance departmental reputation through excellent communication and repeated high-quality delivery.

What Success Looks Like

In your first few months, you'll have:

  • Attention to Detail: A keen eye to ensure assets are being delivered to the expected standards.
  • Strong Communication and Emotional Intelligence: Ability to build relationships both inside and outside the team, stay calm whilst resolving issues and take pre-emptive action to mitigate potential problems. Balancing creative output with pressure to support the sale.
