- Creative briefing and production (25%): Own creative briefing for subscription and acquisition campaigns from ideation to final delivery. Work with Design, Video and other creative teams to produce clear, relevant assets that reflect the proposition, audience, brand and platform requirements.
- Cross-functional campaign planning (20%): Partner with Subscriptions, Acquisitions, Product, CRM, Broadcasting & Content, Commercial and Lifecycle Marketing teams to turn offers and content moments into compelling campaigns. Help define audience segments, messaging and channel plans.
- Performance, insight and optimisation (20%): Monitor campaign performance and subscription marketing metrics across app, web and podcast activity. Support tracking and attribution, use insight to improve creative and campaign effectiveness, and share clear reporting and recommendations with stakeholders.
What You’ll Love About This Role
- Think Big: Help shape how audiences discover and experience some of the UK’s best-loved audio brands.
- Own It: Take meaningful ownership of paid social campaigns and contribute across the subscription journey.
- Keep it Simple: Focus on clear messaging, effective execution and practical improvements in a fast-moving environment.
- Better Together: Work closely with teams across Product, Content, CRM, Creative, Commercial and Digital.
