Advise on event-related agreements such as artist bookings, venue hire agreements, production and supplier contracts, and ticketing terms.
  • Governance and ways of working (10%): Develop and maintain templates, guidance and training to improve consistency, efficiency and risk management. Take ownership of your matters end-to-end and manage priorities effectively while aligning with the wider legal team's approach. Embrace and support the use of legal technology and AI tools to improve efficiency, consistency and quality of output, whilst applying appropriate judgement and governance.

What You'll Love About This Role:

  • Think Big: Work across a variety of high-profile, market-leading campaigns, partnerships and events that reach millions across the UK - with no two days the same.

  • Delivered practical, solutions-focused advice that enables campaigns and deals to move forward confidently.
  • Contributed to improving templates, processes and ways of working to drive efficiency and consistency.

What You'll Need:

  • Commercial & media expertise: Experience advising on advertising, media, marketing and/or entertainment matters, including drafting and negotiating a broad range of commercial agreements.
  • Events, talent & partnerships experience: Familiarity with talent agreements, sponsorship, brand partnerships and event-related contracts.
