Your new role: Programme Integration Co-Ordinator

The Programme Integration Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that projects across the Global Outdoor transformation portfolio are successfully integrated into business as usual. This role leads cross-functional readiness, business coordination, stakeholder alignment, and transition planning to ensure programmes deliver operational value with minimal disruption.

You'll work across capital programmes, asset expansion, refresh projects, and operational initiatives, ensuring Commercial, Sales, Operations, Finance, Partnerships and Maintenance teams are engaged, aligned and ready. The role will also identify opportunities to simplify ways of working and exploit AI and automation to improve visibility, coordination, reporting and decision-making across the programme environment.

This is a high-visibility role reporting to the Head of PMO, working closely with the Global Outdoor executive, Transformation Directors, Operations Directors, and senior stakeholders across the business.
