Your Role

You will be the junior member of the TfL Partnership Team, providing account management support to TfL, championing their interests internally and ensuring we meet all contractual commitments, with a strong focus on administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

  • TfL Copy Referral Process: Work on the Global TfL copy referral process as part of a close team.
  • Reporting: Produce TfL’s suite of 4 weekly, quarterly, and annual reports; chasing internally to ensure the relevant deadlines are met and maintaining accurate records to facilitate reporting.
  • Governance Support: Assist with deck creation for TfL/Global governance meetings and inductions. Attending relevant sessions and capturing minutes & actions.
  • Team Operations & Communication: Event organisation, manage diary scheduling, and publish updates across internal platforms (e.g. the Collaboration Area and Workvivo). Support day-to-day administrative tasks and act as a reliable point of contact for wider team initiatives.
  • Ad Hoc Support: Carry out miscellaneous tasks as required by the Partnership Director / Partnerships Manager.

  • Proofread important documents to ensure clarity and consistency.
