This is an exciting hands-on role for someone passionate about music, entertainment and culture, who enjoys bringing ideas to life from concept to screen. Whether you're producing talent-led formats, operating cameras at live events, filming artist interviews, capturing red carpets or crafting social-first edits, you'll play a key role in creating content that connects with audiences across every platform.

As a Video Content Producer at Global, you will:

  • Better Together: Collaborate with talented presenters, producers, creatives and digital specialists across one of the UK’s leading entertainment brands.

What Success Looks Like:

  • Editing Skills: Strong experience using Adobe Premiere Pro with an understanding of pacing, storytelling, audience retention and platform-first editing styles.
  • Platform Knowledge: Strong understanding of YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and emerging social platforms, including what drives engagement and growth.
  • Creative Thinking: Confidence developing and pitching content ideas, formats and creative opportunities.
  • Production Ownership: Ability to independently manage projects from concept through to final delivery while balancing multiple priorities.
