Your Role: As a Senior Agency Partner, you are the face of audio for your agency group â a trusted authority who combines commercial acumen with dataâled insight. This is a senior, outwardâfacing role that drives audio and digital revenue across the UK agency landscape.
You are expected to lead by example: owning highâlevel planning conversations, steering strategic decisions, and sharing deep audio knowledge both internally and externally. You will shape how agencies understand and invest in audio, and you will champion innovation across every interaction. You are the leading audio expert supporting and mentoring the wider team, whilst driving new revenue growth across all audio revenue streams.
Key Responsibilities- Revenue & Growth: Drive sustainable audio and digital revenue growth across a portfolio of UK media agencies. Deliver proactive solutions across the full audio portfolio â from spot airtime and DAX to podcast partnerships and branded content. Unlock incremental spend by identifying untapped planning opportunities and aligning Global products to strategic needs. Work with audio teams across your patch to identify growth opportunities, lead client inspiration sessions and plan strategies to convert new brands into audio spenders.
- Agency Leadership: Lead highâlevel planning and strategy conversations with senior agency stakeholders, influencing longâterm investment decisions. Build trusted, credible relationships across planning, strategy, investment and digital teams. Present with clarity, impact and commercial authority â becoming the person agencies turn to for expert audio consultation.
- Insight, Data & Thought Leadership: Be the internal and external expert on audio â sharing trends, insights, audience behaviour and campaign effectiveness. Own the development and delivery of insightâled presentations, market commentary and case studies that position Global as thought leaders in audio. Bring performance data to life in a compelling way that helps agencies understand impact and build confidence in audio investment.
- Internal Collaboration: Work closely with agency managers, trading and investment leads, digital leads to ensure flawless execution of campaigns and delivery of commercial objectives. Champion innovation by collaborating with crossâfunctional teams to develop new audio solutions for agencies and clients. Work closely with OOH colleagues to ensure we are maximising opportunities across both revenue streams.
- Forecasting & Pipeline: Maintain an active, transparent sales pipeline via Salesforce with regular updates and revenue forecasting. Be accountable for your own team's performance and across all KPIs and trends vs previous years. Deliver strategic business plans which demonstrate actions on new client, lapsed spenders and multiâchannel client growth.
