As Partnerships Manager – Podcasts at Global Studios, you drive revenue growth and raise awareness of our podcast portfolio within assigned agencies. You’ll develop and execute an agency hub strategy to identify key contacts and win business, while selling across all ad formats (audio, video, social). You’ll craft compelling pitches with cross-functional teams and ensure campaigns are delivered smoothly from brief to delivery. This role offers the opportunity to shape Global Studios’ portfolio and revenue trajectory within a collaborative, media-focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue and contribute to Global Studios strategy with your agency hub and wider sales team
- Understand and target revenue targets, forecast and report on performance
- Collaborate with Senior Partnership Managers, Planners, Agency Managers and Global Strategists on briefs and pitches
- Provide expert knowledge on Global Studios; be a main point of contact for commercial podcast conversations
- Create tailored responses and GTM materials with planners and marketing support
- Pitch desirable campaigns with the support of Branded Content, Campaign Delivery and Insights teams
- Identify opportunities for Global Studios-led or co-led responses with Global Partnerships team
- Understand broader Global business to include opportunities outside Global Studios
- Sell campaigns that are deliverable and coordinate with the Campaign Delivery team
- Aim to hit agency hub targets and contribute to overall Global Studios revenue targets
- Be active in the market, building relationships and presenting opportunities
Key requirements
- Partnerships or Podcast Sales experience with a strong track record in pitching, selling and delivering campaigns in podcasts (audio and video)
- Industry knowledge and passion for podcasting and the media marketplace
