Your New Role: The Head of Agency, Outdoor is responsible for leading and managing the outdoor specialists. In this role you will be responsible for the development of specialist relationships and the management of the Specialist Agency Managers. This role is a key management position and you will work closely with the Group Agency Director, Group Agency Manager & Group Trading Manager to deliver sustainable revenue growth across Independent Agencies and their Outdoor Specialists.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a high-performing, fully integrated team
- Successfully plan and implement a strategy to drive overall revenue growth for your specialist group; this can and will include specific product stream targets
- Understand the key challenges and issues your customers face and ensure that your team are helping to provide solutions to these challenges to ensure we are perceived as a key partner
- Lead your team to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure the smooth running of the day-to-day business – this will include forecasting for your business and working closely with the key trading heads / CAD to ensure the delivery of weekly targets
- Deliver on the client segmentation process and lead on significant individual client pitches
- Develop influential relationships across your specialist customer group
- Ensure you resolve or escalate any client servicing issues to ensure we deliver the best in class service

- Scores in specialist media owner surveys
- Be an Outdoor advocate for the team, ensuring agency managers are equipped with the right collateral aligned with the specialist sell
- Working in conjunction with Agency Teams on wider Outdoor inspiration session/outdoor initiatives to agencies
- Play a key role in supporting and coaching your team’s development needs, integration and culture as measured by internal staff survey and individual 360 feedback
- Maximise the cross & up sell opportunities across the team, both pro-active & re-active
What You’ll Need

- Proven ability in successfully managing sales teams
- Thorough understanding of the key challenges we face commercially and how we may overcome these
