The Commercial Insight Executive (First Response) supports the delivery of insight across Global, helping turn requests into clear, commercially focused outputs that support sales teams and business decision-making. Working closely with the wider insight team, you’ll help respond to insight requests, maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, and support the development of tools, processes and best practice across the business. You’ll play a key role in ensuring insight is easy to access, understand and apply. You’ll also support training and onboarding activity, help maintain data quality and processes, and contribute to building an insight-first culture by ensuring insight is embedded into briefs, planning and conversations from the start.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of insight requests, providing clear, concise, and commercially relevant outputs to internal stakeholders.
  • Help communicate insights and data in a simple and engaging way to a range of audiences, including commercial teams, agencies and clients.
  • Assist with the maintenance and development of self-serve insight tools to improve accessibility and efficiency.
  • Build positive working relationships with sales teams and stakeholders across the business to support engagement with insight products and services.
  • Support training and onboarding sessions for new starters and existing team members on tools, processes, and best-practice usage.
  • Help maintain and improve insight processes, documentation, and request tracking to support consistency and efficiency.
  • Contribute to team meetings and cross-functional discussions to stay aligned with commercial priorities and business needs.
  • Support collaboration across teams by sharing updates, learnings, and feedback to improve ways of working.
